Managing your conversation labels (mobile client)

You can set up your own labels to organize your conversations. You can create up to 250 labels.

To create a new label:

On the iOS mobile client

  1. Navigate to the Labels view.
  2. Tap to the upper-right corner of the Labels view.
  3. Enter a name for the label.
  4. Tap Save.

 

On the Android mobile client

  1. Navigate to the Labels view.
  2. Enter a name for the label in the input field.
  3. Tap .

The label is added to the list of available labels. In addition, it is added to the selected conversation.

 

 

Note:

Editing or deleting existing labels is only possible via the Circuit web client or Desktop App. For more information please refer to Managing your conversation labels (web client and Desktop App).
