Troubleshooting connectivity problems between Circuit and a video room system

The video room system is not using a valid certificate (required as Circuit only supports encrypted calls)

After entering the conference PIN on the welcome screen, remote conference participants are heard but no participants or shared content are shown. The following message appears on the video room system:

The maximum number of concurrent Video Room Systems that can join conferences in the domain has been reached.

The Circuit domain that the conference belongs to does not have available licenses for video room systems

Check with the domain administrator if the necessary licenses for video room systems are available in the domain and not all of them are in use

Nothing can be heard

The speakers or headset on the video room system is not working

Check that the speakers or headset are plugged in correctly
