Making a test call from a video room system

Before joining a conference from a video room system, you can make a test call to make sure everything is working properly.

  1. Open the email invitation containing the conference details and find the SIP URI.

    If you are a member of the conversation containing the conference, you can alternatively find the conference details on Circuit as described below:

    • On the web client and Desktop App, open the conversation and then navigate to Details > Conference details.

    • On the iOS mobile client, open the conversation, tap and then navigate to Conference details > Conference details.

    • On the Android mobile client, open the conversation, tap and then navigate to Details > Conference details.

  2. Enter the SIP URI on the video room system, using the devices’ remote control, e.g.: video@eu.yourcicuit.com.
  3. On the Circuit welcome screen, enter 9999 as the conference PIN and push #.
  4. After the beep record a short audio and video message that will be played back to you.
