Joining a conference from a video room system
You can join a conference from a video room system using the provided SIP URI and PIN.

Prior to the conference, it is recommended that you make a test call to make sure everything is working properly.
To join a conference:
- Open the email invitation containing the conference details and find the SIP URI and conference PIN.
If you are a member of the conversation containing the conference, you can alternatively find the conference details on Circuit as described below:

On the web client and Desktop App, open the conversation and then navigate to

On the iOS mobile client, open the conversation, tap
and then navigate to .

On the Android mobile client, open the conversation, tap
and then navigate to .

- Enter the SIP URI on the video room system, using the devices’ remote control, e.g.: video@eu.yourcicuit.com.
- On the Circuit welcome screen, enter the conference PIN and push #.
The conference PIN is the same as for dial-in users.
Depending on the video room system setup, every entered digit generates a DTMF tone.
To reset your input push *.
The video room system joins the conference and a notification sound is played.
If the conference is moderated and no others have joined yet, the message “Please wait… The moderate conference will start in a few seconds.” will be displayed on the video room system until the next participant joins.
The video room system may join the conference muted or unmuted depending on the settings of the domain that the conference belongs to. To toggle mute status, press *3 using the devices’ remote control.
