Configuring your user profile (Mobile client)

You can configure your profile at any time to change your picture, user name, email address, phone number, company name, and job position.
- On the iOS mobile client:
- Tap
, then tap the topmost area containing your picture, name, status and location information.
- Tap Edit.
- Update your profile information as required.
You can change your picture, user name, email address, phone number, company name, and job position.
- Tap Done to save your changes or Cancel to undo, then tap the back arrow to return to the settings menu.
- To return to the Conversations view, tap X.

- On the Android mobile client:
- Go to the top-left side navigation drawer, then tap the topmost area containing your picture, name, and status.
- Tap

- Update your profile information as required.
You can change your picture, email address, phone number, company name, and job position
- Tap
to save your changes or X to undo, then tap the back arrow to return to the navigation drawer.
- To close the navigation drawer and return to the Conversations view, swipe to the left or tap anywhere off of the navigation drawer.
Note:
Please enter your phone number as an international number including “+”, country code, area code, and your local phone number.
Example: +49 1234 56789
